A few minutes walk from the houses are the shops and cafe bars in Burgau village, from where cobbled streets wind down to the super sandy beach of the same name.  At the well-known Burgau Beach Bar you can quench your thirst and eat sumptuous food or snacks while taking in the sights and sounds of sand and sea !

Each house has its own private swimming pool in a South-facing garden with patio. 

 

2 minute walk to the small village where are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes 

 5 minute walk down the cobbled village street to the sheltered sandy beach 

 

 

Burgau village is situated in Southern Portugal, near the South Western tip, Cape St. Vincent. This is the quieter more traditional part of The Algarve where the people are genuinely friendly and helpful.  The coastal scenery is stunning with cliffs, undiscovered beaches and colourful villages to explore.

The lovely regional capital, Lagos, about 10 Km to the east, has a lovely palm-lined sea front.  The old town has narrow cobbled streets lined with colourful shops, friendly people, and everywhere you turn is a picture-postcard scene!  The daily fish market, the weekly farmer's market, the marina, the historic buildings are not to be missed, and Lagos Zoo, dolphin safaris and visits to nearby Zoomarine and other water parks are very popular with children!

Burgau is 90 Km to the west of Faro Airport.  It is an hour by car with all except the last 10 Km on the A22 motorway.  It is a very straightforward drive.

 

The DomusIberica houses were completed in 2007.  They are situated at the Western edge of Burgau village.  On entering the village turn Right at the Taxi/Bus Stop in the direction of Boca do Rio. The Villas are 2 mins. walk from the Bus Stop.
