  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please.  On receipt of the Booking Deposit payment we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and due date   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins.  If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
