 The Pool Size is 11' x 23'  approx.

This small development, situated at the Western edge of Burgau village, was completed in 2007. On entering the village turn Right at the Taxi/Bus Stop in the direction of Boca do Rio. DomusIberica villas are a short distance on this road.

 

The front of the house is in a cul-de-sac with ample parking and there is little traffic on the road at the back of the house, called Rua Agricola (country road) which leads to other small beaches along the coast, Cabanas Velhas, Boca do Rio, Salema.

BOOKINGS

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (a one-off card processing charge of €10 applies)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request

  • Booking Deposit of €200 per week is required - balance payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Air Conditioning, bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments and balance amount and due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
