The DomusIberica houses were completed in 2007 and they are situated at the Western edge of Burgau village.  On entering the village turn Right at the Taxi/Bus Stop in the direction of Boca do Rio. The villas are a short distance more on the right.

BOOKINGS

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (a one-off card processing charge of €10 applies)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request

  • Booking Deposit of €200 per week is required - balance payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Air Conditioning, bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of your dates, payments, balance amount and due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
