The villas are situated on a quiet country road with little traffic - the tarmacadam surface even ends at the end of the DomusIberica Villas where it becomes an unsurfaced road leading to Boca do Rio and Salema in Parque Natural de Vincentina.

The DomusIberica houses are situated at the Western edge of Burgau village.  On entering the village, turn Right at the Taxi/Bus Stop in the direction of Boca do Rio. The Burgau Club and DomusIberica villas are a 2 minute walk along this road.

BOOKINGS

  • VISA and MasterCard are accepted (a one-off card processing charge of €10 applies)

  • Payments can also be made by Bank to Bank Transfer/Internet Banking, details on request

  • Booking Deposit of €200 per week is required - balance payable 8 weeks before start of your holiday

  • Weeks crossing two price bands are charged on a pro-rata basis. 

  • Air Conditioning, bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and 3 times weekly maid service included in the price

  • When making a booking we need your postal address and telephone number, please. 

  • On receipt of the Booking Deposit we send confirmation of booking dates, payments, balance payable and balance due date.   

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • The booking deposit of €200 per week is non-refundable.

  • The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday begins. 

  • If full payment has already been made, a refund of 75% will be made, if we are able to  re-let the villa.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
